Not investment advice. This service provides a factual, criteria-based comparison of brokers against publicly available information. It is analysis only. It does not recommend, suggest, or advise which broker, account, or financial product to choose, and it is not provided by a licensed or certified investment advisor. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

What the service does

Scores brokers on a fixed set of criteria (1–5), each traceable to a public source
Computes an overall weighted score from those criteria — a data score, not a ranking of "best"
Surfaces dated market signals with a clearly-labeled, unverified read on competitive impact — never a forecast of any security's price
Lets you request a refreshed analysis for a fee

What it does not do

It does not access, view, or analyse your personal brokerage accounts, holdings, or trades
It does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any fact — broker terms change, sometimes without notice; always verify anything decision-relevant on the provider's own site
It does not constitute, and must not be relied on as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

Independence

No broker pays to be included, ranked, or featured, and no broker can influence its own ratings. Revenue comes only from users paying for a refreshed analysis — never from the brokers being compared.

Payment

The refresh-analysis fee is currently €12.00. The operator is a small business under the German small-business regulation (§ 19 UStG) and does not charge VAT — the price is not "plus VAT" or "incl. VAT," it is simply the price. It is charged per request via our payment processor. Once a refresh has been generated and delivered, the fee is non-refundable, except as set out in "Right of withdrawal" below or as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (i.e. from the moment you request a paid refresh). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — info@mcorebrain.com — by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) inform of your decision to withdraw. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Early performance and loss of the right of withdrawal: The refresh-analysis is a service delivered in full, immediately, at the moment you request it. Before you can request a paid refresh, we ask for your express consent to begin performance before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (§ 356 (4) BGB). If you do not give this consent, we will not begin the paid refresh.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made based on information presented in this service, or for losses arising from reliance on broker information that has since changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law.
